In this labyrinth of small streets and dozens of fountains, we will meet artisans and discover their Provencal specialties. We will also discover one of the Provencal markets. A delicious selection of specialties such as the calisson, a confection made of a fine paste of candied melon and crushed almonds, topped with royal icing and placed on a background of unleavened bread will be tasted along the way! We will visit the best bakery in town, a calissons workshop, a macaroon maker, an olive oil store, a goat cheese producer, a chocolate maker, a delicatessen and finally a madeleines maker.
