At the golden hour, below Gordes, on a natural stretch of land with breathtaking views over the iconic hilltop village, we meet Gaël, a truffle-grower for several generations. Accompanied by Noisette, his truffle dog, we’ll get up close and personal with the truffle-grower, discovering his trade and learning more about his work. We’ll be able to catch up with him at a truffle plot not far from his farm. After our stroll through the fields of truffle oaks, we’ll have an aperitif at his farm, accompanied by a truffle tasting.
Then we’ll go to a selected local restaurant
In the afternoon, we’ll explore medieval hilltop villages and enjoy a wine and olive oil tasting at a certified organic estate.
